Delete your Duuloo account

If you still have access to the app, the fastest option is to open the Profile tab and choose Delete account. That path permanently removes your Duuloo account and related app data directly from inside the app.

If you cannot access the app, use the request form below. Submit the email address tied to your Duuloo account and we will process the deletion request.

What gets deleted

• Your authentication account and app session data.
• Your public profile, predictions, cheers, posts, referral data, and related user-linked app records.
• Push notification tokens and app-linked profile data associated with your account.

What may be retained

We may retain limited operational or legal records where required for fraud prevention, accounting, security, or compliance. If you submitted business leads or other data that is not strictly user-profile content, we may retain only what is necessary to operate the service or comply with the law.
