Duuloo Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Duuloo collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the app, create an account, make predictions, or join the fan community.

Information We Collect

  • Account information such as your email address, authentication provider details, and basic account identifiers.
  • Public profile information such as your handle, display name, and any public profile details you choose to add.
  • Prediction and community activity such as saved picks, public posts, likes, replies, cheers, and referral participation.
  • Device and app data such as push notification tokens, app preferences, language choice, and basic diagnostic information.
  • Payment and premium-related information handled through app stores or payment partners, not full card details directly stored by Duuloo.

How We Use Information

  • To operate the app, authenticate users, and save predictions, profiles, follows, and community content.
  • To display public competition features such as leaderboards, public predictor pages, and post-cutoff prediction history.
  • To send notifications, reminders, security alerts, and product updates when you have enabled them.
  • To prevent abuse, fake-account farming, cheating, spam, fraud, and other misuse of the platform.
  • To improve Duuloo, analyze performance, fix bugs, and plan future football features and premium tools.

What Other Users Can See

Certain parts of Duuloo are intentionally public so the competition can stay transparent. Other users may be able to see your public handle, display name, leaderboard stats, community posts, and revealed predictions after the cutoff time for each match.

Your email address, private account details, and internal identifiers are not shown publicly through normal app use.

How We Share Information

  • With infrastructure and service providers that help us run the app, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, notifications, and storage services.
  • With app stores, payment partners, or identity providers when needed to support sign-in, subscriptions, or purchases.
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Duuloo, its users, or the public.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Duuloo, maintain leaderboards and community history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our rules.

We may retain certain records for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or accounting purposes even after an account is deleted or closed.

Your Choices

  • You can edit your handle, display name, notification preferences, and certain profile settings inside the app.
  • You can stop using Duuloo at any time and may request account-related assistance or deletion support by contacting us.
  • You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
